Notes: The Georgia Sauvignon Blanc is a medium straw-colored wine from Lail Vineyards, grown in their three-acre estate vineyard in Yountville, named Totem. It offers an intense aroma of vanillin, white flowers, and citrus zest, with flavors of white peach, dried apricot, and tangerine. The wine is noted for its minerality, white truffle, and toasted brioche expressions, with a zingy finish. Fermented and aged in 70% new French oak barrels, it exhibits remarkable depth, complexity, and texture. The wine, named after Georgia Eileen, the first member of the sixth winemaking generation of the family in Napa Valley, is considered by some as California's most complex and multi-dimensional Sauvignon Blanc.
