Notes: This Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Pinot Noir, grown on clay and limestone soils at an altitude of 350 meters, is hand-picked and aged in oak barrels. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and is filtered but not fined. It presents an attractive, aromatic nose with red and black cherry fruit, hints of undergrowth, good body, and silky smooth tannins, culminating in an elegant finish.
