Notes: Masseria Li Veli's "Sybar" Negroamaro Rosé is crafted from 100% Negroamaro grapes, undergoing a five-hour skin contact fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by three months of aging in the same tanks and an additional three months in the bottle. The grapes are sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Cellino San Marco, located at 58 meters above sea level, with vines aged 10-20 years on mainly clay soils using the spurred cordon training system. This vegan wine offers a fresh, fruity bouquet with a distinctive mineral fragrance, balanced acidity, and residual sugar, resulting in a refreshing and complex taste. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it is produced in a limited quantity of 20,000 bottles, making it a unique addition to any collection.
