NOTES: Flor, or "Flower" is composed of a majority of Sauvignon Blanc and some Semillon in the traditional Bordeaux style. It is made to embrace the naturally refreshing characteristics of the grapes and the region using 1/3 new French oak, 1/3 neutral French oak, and 1/3 stainless tank.
Aromatically the wine has notes of guava, juicy pineapples, and perfectly ripened apricots. On the palate the wine shows ripe fruit flavors, fresh cut hay, a hint of herbaceous-ness and a finish of salty acidity.
