NOTES: The Outpost Howell Mountain "True Vineyard" Immigrant 2021 is crafted from grapes grown exclusively in the True Vineyard at 1,800 feet elevation, harvested late in the season by hand at dawn to preserve their intense and spicy character. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, allowing the vintage's full potential to shine, and is aged for 18 months in 75% new French oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and depth. This blend of 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 29% Cabernet Franc offers smoky blue and black fruits, iron, black olive, and bouquet garni notes. It has a deep, inky purple color and a layered, seamless, and full-bodied profile, balancing elegance with power and richness. This sensational wine,can be enjoyed over the next 20+ years, with a limited production of just 247 cases.
